Experience of Zunyi Red Learning
From July 29 to August 2, 2019, I had the privilege to attend the demonstration class of Chuxin Education in Zunyi, Guizhou, organized by the two New Party Organizations Secretaries of the District Committee. In this learning activity, we listened to the lecture "Zunyi Conference Spirit" by Zhang Jingkuan, director of the Training Department of the Party School of Zunyi Municipal Committee, invited by the Chuxintang Cultural Training Center, and the lecture "Sidu Chishui and Mao Zedong Strategic Thought" by Professor Yuan Xiaoying, Professor of the Zunyi Conference Research Center. We also visited the site of Zunyi Conference, the site of Gouba Conference, the Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall and Xifeng Collection. Zhongying, Loushanguan Battle Site, Red Army Martyrs Cemetery and other places, watched the "Great Turn" sitcom.
This study reminded me of the revolutionary history, remembered the revolutionary martyrs, felt the wisdom of "crossing Chishui four times", the hardship of attacking Loushan Pass and the darkness of Xifeng concentration camp. So that I have a deeper understanding and understanding of the spirit of Zunyi Conference. I personally felt the heroic spirit of patriotic generals in the face of danger. I personally experienced the outstanding years and the great manners of leaders. I realized the spiritual baptism and spiritual shock of the revolutionary holy land. I deeply felt the hardship of revolution, the cruelty of war, the value of peace, and the difficulty of a happy life. Through this visit and study, I have a better understanding of the history of the Party and a deeper respect for the revolutionary forefathers, from which I have received new inspiration and education:
1. The importance of core leaders is just like that of enterprise leaders in formulating the company's strategic vision and objectives, indicating the importance of the company's direction of development. Blue Star Group is in the development stage in recent years. The company's development direction and strategy are very important. As long as the overall development direction is correct, we can adopt diversified development and constantly adjust the tactics of seizure to achieve our goals.
2. Establishing a correct crisis management mechanism, using the crisis concept to stimulate the staff's sense of anxiety and struggle spirit, and constantly striving, only through continuous reform and innovation, can we pursue higher goals.
3. Keep a Self-introspective attitude at all times. No matter how talented people are, there will be some shortcomings. We need to constantly alert ourselves to carry out self-examination and accept team inspection, constantly adjust ourselves, and work together towards common goals and beliefs with the organization.
4. The interests of the company or organization are above everything else, just as Bogou handed over power to the Party, did not adhere to personal interests and listen to the non-handover suggestions of the close relatives of Kaifeng.
5. Enterprises should have a reasonable authorization mechanism to give full play to everyone's strengths. Just as when Chairman Mao had not yet entered the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, Premier Zhou had the power to set up a former enemy headquarters under Chairman Mao's command and to report after the war.
6. Enterprises should regularly or irregularly organize and listen to the voices of grass-roots front-line staff, work together and unify their ideas. Just like the expanded meeting of Zunyi Political Bureau, the opinions expressed by front-line commanders in battle have achieved good results.
7. Dare to take responsibility, dare to criticize oneself, reflect on oneself, organize special summary and review regularly, and draw lessons from failure, just like the Liping Conference, the Monkey Farm Conference and the Zunyi Conference.
In my future work, I will constantly reflect on myself, improve my professional skills and be ready to meet new challenges.
